Dynamic Decorating & Staging will help potential purchasers to visualize themselves in the home by creating the “model home” effect. I rent furniture from a reputable furniture rental company in my area. Accessories are rented from my own inventory. I also recommend paint colours & flooring if needed. I also have contractors that can be referred to the homeowner as well.
